Canopy Jettison

During an emergency when the canopy must be jettisoned, but ejection is not contemplated, the canopy alternate emergency jettison handle must be used.

  1. Canopy alternate jettison emergency handle lockspring — Remove. The lockspring on the canopy alternate emergency handle must be removed before the canopy is jettisoned.

  2. Canopy alternate emergency handle - Pull.
